This strategy led to achieve in the year 2000, the first position among all Middle East GM dealers, for combined customer satisfaction & recall campaign completion rating. The progress continued & UMA service operation was recognized & rewarded by GM for the best achievement of KEA retailer’s standard for the year 2002. More & above it was awarded with bronze trophy of GM Service and Parts Excellence program. Besides operating from the three main locations (Jeddah, Dhahran, Abha), the management has decided to improve our customers services by opening branches in major cities & towns at assigned territories in KEA. Today we are operating from Khobar, Hassa, Jubail, Qatif, Khafji & Hafar Al Batin in the eastern region, Jeddah2 & Jeddah3 in the western region, Khamis Mushait, Wadi AD Dwaser, Najran & Gazan in the southern region. |
