Some of our accomplishment:

1. Nemo-Q (Queuing System)

These systems have recently been installed both at Jeddah & Dammam Service receptions. This is one of the latest queuing systems which have been installed in UMA, a commercial organization other than banks making UMA the first one in the entire Kingdom to add-on this kind of facility for their customers.
This system also provides important data which helps us gauging performance of each of the service counters.

2. UMA now in Farsi Map - Eastern Region

In the new publications of Kingdom's Eastern Region map known as Farsi Map UMA locations are shown at Khobar and Qatif as a land mark which is available now on every stationary shop in the Kingdom.
Page # 2 of Farsi Map has also a detailed introduction of UMA for our customer's awareness.

 

3. UMA Tissue Paper Box

UMA Tissue paper box now goes with every new as well as serviced vehicle at all our locations including hub-towns to promote our name further.

4. Customer Service badge

A badge has lately been introduced to our service receptionists who are now putting these badges on top of their shirt's pocket to assist our customers with more attention.

5. IT Development-Writer Tablet PC

UMA IT department is continuously working to bring the latest technology in the company which is being utilized for the convenience of our customers to curtail their time as well as facilitate our operations.

This latest technology with centrino processor 10.4 LCD XGA TFT, 60 GB HDD, 56K V.90 Modem, DVD-RW having built-in wireless network has already been connected with our network at Jeddah, Dammam and Abha.
This is on line with Kerridge and internet browsing (full facility of IT), which facilitates our customers at the sites like service parking area etc. entering data directly.

It is being used for opening job cards online / outdoor, entering data to main application (Kerridge) and also closing the job cards.
It is also very useful for updating the entire customer's profile, sending / receiving e-mails and browsing the net from indoor and outdoor.
UMA is the first dealership again for applying this technology in the entire Middle East.

6. Rent-A-Car, Service Customers

To facilitate our customers further Daleel Rent-A-Car opened counter each at our Jeddah and Dammam Service Facilities with a view to render car renting services for our customers.
